I'm gonna say that there's room for improvement. They definitely need some control posts for when it gets busy. Without it, the crowd just blocks the door. To my man who tried to redirect it, nice try, but no one was listening since that crowd were all talking among themselves and drowned out your yelling. It's also the 3rd day since opening and 2/3 of your inventory was already sold out at 11am. Everyone was so disorganized and since it's open space everyone can see and hear all the disarray. Drink orders eventually got to a point where some orders sat and were watered down. Yall need to tighten that up and get some kind of system going, cause 20+ minutes is really hurting your quality. I really want yall to succeed. Don't hook up your homies and steal from another person's order whom had already waited for a long time. Be slicker and discreet about it.
