I really do wish Google would have some creativity with how granular you could be with your star rating. I think the 4 stars for any Carl's Jr would be the ceiling. It just isn't a 5 start capable chain and this location is a perfect match for the overall rating it has at the time of this review (3/2023 with 4.0 stars) so in principle a 4 star would be my rating, but, I'd give this one 4.25. An extra quarter star for the employee that was handing the drive-thru. Not only was she doing everything, took my order, took my payment, asked me if I needed any sauces, make my drink and gave me my food. And, all with a very pleasant disposition and demeanor. Professional, friendly and smiling. Good Job! Now the food. Meh. As with most Carl's Jr/Hardees restaurants, it always has the potential to be good. Typically, when it's not, it's because of staffing or general management issues. Here I think they are getting it right but my burrito was just luke warm. My sandwich was hot so I suspect they microwaved my burrito early while they prepared the sandwich. Tater tots were also luke warm. All three food items tasted good and the coke mixture was excellent, almost as good as a normal McDonald's coke. But I have to deduct that start for the semi cold burrito. This was my experience today: I went to the drive thru around 1:50 pm. I ordered & pulled forward as any other experience I’ve ever had. Once I got to the window to pay, I waited 6 minutes before the lady came out to receive my payment. Once I gave her my debit card she then closed the window & proceeded to keep my card for another 5 minutes. So now I’ve been there for 11 minutes waiting on my food... Finally she comes out, gives me my card and makes me sign the receipt. Still I have not received any drinks or food. Finally another car pulls in behind me and we wait about 5 minutes before receiving my food. She stuffed 30 dollars worth of food into one bag. When I drove off, the bag ripped, all my food dropped everywhere because it was so full. When I parked and picked up all my food, turns out the food was all wrong. I received chicken stars instead of jalapeño poppers. I received small fries instead of large. I received the wrong burgers. I’m allergic to pickles and although I stated that I did not want pickles... there of course is pickles in my burger. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any fast food joint. I usually have no problems getting my food from this location, however this evening I had a horrible experience. I got food for my wife she had a sandwich with a coupon for free drink and fries so we asked to upsize the free drink and Fries to a large expecting to pay about a dollar dollar fifty even $2 more for the up size. We pull up to the window and it's $7 more than it should be!!! We proceeded to ask the cashier Sienna why the ridiculous up charge for just a large size upgrade and the strawberry lemonade which is extra yeah I was expecting to pay a dollar or two more not seven. Also the cashier Sienna was very rude and when we asked her about the price she said yeah it's cuz you got a large size in the lemonade so we told her no thank you we want the regular size and a regular drink and wouldn't you know it our food costed less than what they wanted to charge to make it large and with the lemonade, absolutely bogus they originally try to charge me $13.86 and when I told him no to just make it the regular way it turned out to be $6.56 that's no way to justify any kind of...
