Bodhi Leaf Coffee Traders — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

So, the food is wonderful but having ordered only through DoorDash, I have had some really bad experiences. I've ordered perhaps 6 times, and at least 2 of those orders were wrong. I was pretty sure it was the store that got the orders wrong because the orders go straight to the store. Well my order was wrong, again. And I called the Santa Clarita store by accident, and spoke to Jessica. Not realizing it was the Canyon Country store I needed to speak to. I explained that about 2-3 of my orders were wrong, coming from that store, and what could I do about it (yes, I was willing to still give them my business ( Jessica told me that I should take it up with DoorDash and simply tell them I never received my order. )I told her, I had received it. She said to tell DoorDash that I hadn't and they would give me the full credit. Wow, so Bodhi Leaf employees are instructing their customers to lie? I tried to. Call the Canyon Country store & speak to Stephanie, the manager but all I got was their answering machine. I absolutely love this restaurant's food but after being told by one of their employees to lie to the delivery service, in order to get credit for their mistakes, I'm done! Bodie leaf is a great place to meet a friend for a cup of coffee, although I'm more of a tea drinker hence that's why I was attracted to Bodhi Leaf. The atmosphere is nice, however they have this very weird heavy furniture, if you try to move a chair you can get a hernia because they must weigh 100 lb each, which I know is just part of the design and look they're going after. But I can't sit more than a few minutes in one of those chairs, kind of reminds me of what an electric chair would be.

The other thing that is very disappointing is their selection of snacks in the way of pastries and muffins. I tried upon the suggestion of an employee there there vegan donuts, no kidding they taste like sawdust. I also tried their banana nut bread which would be better suited as a door stopper. I hate to be so critical, but maybe reviews like this might cause them to seek better vendors for their snack selection. My friends who go there have said the same thing they simply don't order any pastries or snacks there anymore. The customer service is very pleasant and I will continue to go there I simply will either bring my own snack or not order anything at all except for a good...

I am editing this entire review because I sat there for 35 minutes and waited for a lavender rose coffee and a bagel. The staff chatted away, my coffee was never called out as it stood there getting cold and I am now late to work because the way never even made my bagel. I come to these kinds of places purposefully to give my money to small business instead of the corporate giants. I enjoy a family atmosphere. I was here yesterday and it's better to come while the manager or owner is there because the staff is ON! Also, the reason I even had to walk out was because 5 people that came after me recieved their food... it was a bagel, guys. Not sure why the lag but, retraining seems a fit.
