This has to be the WORST Dunkin' I have ever visited. I made a very simple order on the app (3x donuts), went to the drive-thru speaker to tell the lady I have a mobile order, and she told be they had it ready.
Here is where shit got ridiculous! After she confirmed they had my order ready, I had to wait in drive-thru for 20 to 25 minutes. When it was my turn at the window, the lady said, "okay, that will be $10.65." I told her no it is a mobile order. She closed the window and took 5 more minutes of waiting. When she came back, she asked, we don't have any mobile orders. I then showed her the app with the correct location/items I purchased. Again, she closed the window and took another few minutes. The lady then gave me the bag with my donuts.
So, there is the thing. This drive-thru is the WORST ever! They need a better system in place. Starbucks seems to have it down. The other note I have is that when someone at the ordering box says, "Yes, we have your order ready." YOU HAVE THAT ORDER READY BY THE TIME THE CUSTOMER IS AT THE WINDOW!!! Read moreHorrible customer service. I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts my whole life at different locations and when I moved to Santa Clarita not too long ago, I started coming here. Every single time I went, there always seemed to be an issue. I would order a sesame bagel and end up with a plain bagel. Come back in the store for them to say they are out of sesame and just replaced my order.I’ve ordered the cornbread donut on the go and they gave me a glazed instead. I come to find out, as I loop back through the drive thru to tell them they gave me the wrong order that they gave me that donut since they were out of the one I ordered. Wouldn’t it make more sense to let a customer know and let them decide what they want their item replaced with or if they just want a refund? I’ve ordered coffees with no syrup in them because they forgot.
