I went and picked up a catering order. When I got there the worker put out most of our order. I tried taking the order to my car but it was hot, so I asked him about the transfer. He gave me an attitude and said he’ll take it. We tried to position them in my SUV. He was very rude in the process. The kabob juice spilled in my car. None of the trays were placed in bags but just had aluminum over them. I called and complained, he said he knew that the kabobs were going to spill. He said that it’s not his fault. I called back and this time he said that he had positioned everything properly. He kept making excuses that he had so many orders to do and that he is just responsible for cooking and that the rest is on us. I told him that’s not how a restaurant customer service operates. It’s not about just cooking but customer service. Now my car smells and I have to get the back trunk of my suv washed. We paid him $1500 too.

To summarize: Poor Customer Service: Worker gave an attitude instead of offering help. Argued instead of acknowledging concern. Blamed customer, even though he knew the food was likely to spill. Lack of Proper Packaging: No secure containers or spill-proof transport. No bags or boxes to keep trays stable. Admitted he knew they’d spill but took no preventive steps. I am kind of on a mission to try different Mediterranean restaurants to compare. Took my 16 year old and 19 year old here for dinner tonight. My 19yo loves beef luleh, but after a bit of a bad experience he was hesitant to try this place. He ordered 2 luleh skewers alone. My 16 year old loves spicy so she was pleased to see a jalapeño beef luleh and a spicy chicken kabob, so she had the combo plate with that. She was pleased with her meal and enjoyed it immensely. We ordered multiple sandwiches (chicken, beef and Lula ) we also ordered the lamb chop plate. The food is ok, the sandwiches were dry, it was just hummus onion and cilantro. They also put 3 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of beef in each sandwich, but the pita bread is huge and you end up eating bread and not enjoying the meat since there is not much of it . We spent $57 on this food and our expectations were a little bit higher . The lamb chops plate was ok, same thing, the meat to rice ratio is just nuts. Too much rice compared to the meat they give you. If you absolutely want to try this place I would recommend trying the Lula and lamb chop plate.
