Panda Express — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

I'm not sure how ANYONE on here gives a good review on this Panda. I've lived in the area since 1975. When this place first opened it was good but in the last few years, it's been absolutely the worst Panda around! The food is always very low and looks like it's been sitting for hours. I've complained to Panda Express but nothing has been done. I do realize that there are times when things aren't fresh so I've given this place many tries after about the 5th time I finally said no more!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE!! Take the extra 5 minutes and go to a different one. I will say the staff is always nice and friendly but that's why...

We picked up a door dash order and it was missing an item. Jasli was super helpful and offered to give us a medium item to replace it. Had to wait a few minutes while it was cooked.
