Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Beware. When school ends this place becomes a mosh pit of teenagers and axe deodorant- among other things. You'll have to fight tooth and nail through throngs of hormones to get your caffine fill. I'd recommend going to a different Starbucks around 3pm. Teenagers aside, some people working here take company policy to such an extreme I feel like I'm in court. They put the wrong milk in my coffee one morning, but I couldn't come in until after work. When I did, the woman working there practically interrogated me, didn't listen to what I was saying, and instead of fixing the still full drink in less and a minute, questioned me for five with a growing line behind me. They will also charge the hell out of you for any customization. If you want more milk than the exact measurement they'll charge you. Heck, they'll charge you for anything but ice- even tho they give PLENTY of that. I recommend heading elsewhere. This is a hit or miss, and with Starbucks prices... better safe than...

Great environment. This place boasts a huge, beautiful patio with a gorgeous pergola that is brilliant on a sunny day. The atmosphere is very charming and you can always find regulars here working on an upcoming project or studying for school. The baristas at this location are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Look for the Black Apron - this means they are "coffee masters" and can make the best recommendations for you if you aren't quite sure what you'd like. This is also a Starbuck's Reserve store with coffee varieties you can't find other places and has the only "Clover" machine in the area. Ask them about it - it's really cool!

All in all, a really good starbucks. Choose this starbucks over the others if you want a great atmosphere, awesome work spaces and quality...

Old staff was much nicer and more accommodating with better costumer service.. the new staff has attitude and doesn’t fill my drink till it’s full, tells me I have to pay extra for coconut milk when I have never had a problem for the past few years I started getting Starbucks more frequent. This store along with a lot of other stores in my area I now avoid because of the employees being so salty and rude to me when my wife and I mobile order. I am loosing interest in Starbucks as a company because of this, although I do have a favorite store and now will only be going there. Valencia and the old road Starbucks has the most rude employees of all time that I have ever experienced. The girls that work here need an crash course on costumer service. Good coffee...
