Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Cruz

This place is LIT ever since they started accepting EBT, last time I was here a mentally disadvantaged old man was collecting trash and organizing it into small piles on his table. Needless to say the police arrived shortly, and after getting the mans attention from across the dining room and beckoning him over the old man quickly got to his feet. Visibly flustered, the man muttered a few indiscernible phrases before pointing at the officers and clearly shouting 'YOUR GOING TO JAIL!' and hurling a taco at them!(I'm assuming, the taco never actually got close to either of them and instead hit the roof)The two officers immediately sprung into action safely subduing the individual before he could blatantly ignore any more health and safety codes or engage in any more unprovoked attempts at physical violence. Thoroughly amused I return to waiting for my order to be called(about another 30 seconds) After receiving my food and filling my soda at the fountain, I head out to my girlfriend's car, as I walk through the doors I'm not even slightly surprised to see 12 more police cars and a motorcycle and about 25 more officers one of which is finishing up interviewing my girlfriend. As we get into the car I noticed she's got a huge grin on her face .After I ask what's so funny she tells me the cop that interviewed her ended the interview with the question 'At what point did you know they were cops?' Now for the whole ride home I'm left wondering why that's even included in the line of...

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is horrible. I ordered at the kiosk inside and waited for 20 minutes to get 2 spicy tostadas and an order of 3 layer nachos. There were 5 people on duty, 4 on the line, but apparently no manager. That was the excuse I was given a to why 3 people that came in and ordered after me got their orders before I did. I'm not counting the mobile orders, just the people I saw order at the kiosk after me. A woman that had to get back to work had to leave without her food or a refund because her break ran out. She had ordered a single burrito and taco and had been waiting for over 15 minutes! Taco Bell/Golden State you're wasting you're money and ruining your reputation by hiring and keeping these completely useless "employees". I use the term loosely because if you can't manage to get the job done property and efficiently they aren't doing there their jobs. To the the parents of the college students working, you're wasting your money too. If you can't figure out how to delegate and run a line by the time you've reached college, then...

Well I had a fun time joking with the young man behind the counter, He was new. We ordered the 11.99 burrito, taco box. We ask that they made the crunchy tacos soft tacos and make them super sour cream and tomatoes when we got home and opened it up we ended up with crunchy regular tacos oh there was a little splash of sour cream in it but still they weren't what we paid for and we paid for extra for the super tacos I tried calling the store but there was no answer and I know that there was somebody there they must have just got busy and couldn't answer the phone so I would just appreciate you know and apology and maybe a taco soft super taco but all in all my experience our experience was good at taco Bell just a little you know mishap with the tacos other than that it was...
