Michael's Super Burgers — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

I went on thurs 1130 am 4/2216. 1st time there I went thru the drive thru sat for a couple of min till I just started ordering and then I heard a voice may I take your order? Which was in like , in a kind of god I hate my job kinda mode. Not to sound to critical I went an ordered a 1/4 lb special w/rootbeer " ok ! Is that it ? ". So I pulled up to window no smile with greeting just "$9.25. Whoa !! In my head this is way over priced for just a special with no cheese n no onions and to add insult to injury I get a small sized drink. What???? Soda to meal ratio is way off I should at least get a medium size drink with the size of food I'm getting especially for $9.25 do I figure , ok , let me check to see how it taste maybe it's worth it. I really can't comment because I order French toast. But one thing I guess I can somewhat comment on is the customer service and the time it takes for orders to arrive to their numbered tables. For French toast what I usually order I can say it takes roughly arrives at my table in about 10minutes. Also I can not believe they do not have a small medium and large size for the milk and the damn large milk is a typical red cap rock view 1pint brand bottle those bottles are cheap at big brand stores and you pay $2.89. Next time I am planning on bringing a sports bottle and filling it up with milk and taking it with me the next time I go seriously I am. Last night me and my family went out to Michael’s Super Burgers. Around 8:30 6/22/2013 no one was at the counter to wait on us. After waiting for about 10 minutes I had to ask for someone to help us. As I was wait for my food after ordering. A kid that was waiting for his food asks if his food is coming out yet. The waiters told him with a rude voice if you ask me again I will have you put out of the restaurant. Afterwards the kid put his head down and didn’t say anything else. When his order came out the order was wrong. My food came after I ask the waiters if the rest of the food was coming. She told me as well with a rude voice and rolled her eyes its coming.
