Can I give 10 stars to the staff? They're awesome.
I'm unfamiliar with the area, and was trying to get to the La Mirada Regional Park when my phone decides now would be an appropriate time to install the (seemingly) world's longest update haha. I was in a panic because I was already 15 min late with no way to call my significant other, and pulled into this starbucks hoping someone could help me. I wish I knew their names, but this lady and gentleman working in the front were so helpful, and stopped what they were doing to get me directions to where I needed to go. You could tell they were getting ready to close, and no one would have blamed them for being annoyed, but they put a smile on their face and were so helpful, even though I didn't purchase anything. To the lady and the gentleman who helped me out, THANK YOU SO MUCH, YOU GUYS ROCK!!! If they didn't help me, I would have been well over an hour late by the time my phone turned back on. To the manager of these two awesome employees, keep them happy, and a raise never hurt anyone haha. Seriously, thank you...
Read morehad one of the worst customer service experiences at this Starbucks. I waited in a long drive through line for over 5 minutes just to place an order. When I finally got to the window and paid with a $100 bill the cashier told me she didn’t have change. How does a busy Starbucks with constant traffic not have change? Instead of helping she just stared at me like I was the problem. I told her I had waited all that time to not get my food and she still didn’t do anything. When I asked for her name she walked away without saying a word. Another worker came to the window and said she could give me coins as change which made no sense at all. I explained the same thing again and then she walked away too. At that point I had wasted time in line and left with nothing. This is horrible customer service. It is unprofessional to walk away from a customer and refuse to resolve an issue. If Starbucks can’t handle something as basic as having change available then this location needs better management and training. Customers deserve respect and service not attitude...
Read moreThis is one of those stores that I almost never want to buy, because twice I gave the wrong thing for being unkind. However, today it rained a lot and on the way home, I ordered to buy hot chocolate for my friends and arrived at my friend's store 7 minutes later and the cup was lukewarm. I go back and complain about it, they say that the hot chocolate gets very cold in 10 minutes. Is hot chocolate completely cooling in 10 minutes? And don't even say sorry So I asked for a Pike to change it to coffee, but she asked her need a pike coffee. I was sure it was a pike, so I asked for a Pike. She said that there was no name marked Pike. It wasn't pike either. When you call, they say they will call you back. Do I have to go back 15 minutes round trip again? After all, I will have to find a way to get a refund from the worst family I have ever...
