Worst Harbor Freight Experience Ever

Absolutely terrible experience at this Harbor Freight location. I came in Monday morning, the first day of the parking lot sale, to buy an Icon needle nose plier that was advertised at 35% off. Of course, it was already out of stock despite it being advertised for sale. I was told by the Asian manager to come back Friday morning when the new truck was coming in.

So I came back Friday at opening time—they had three in stock, but all were still in the back room and not on the shelves. I was told to return around lunchtime since they were unable to remove it from the back room….Came back again at 11AM, and guess what? They were all sold out. Apparently, they never even made it to the floor for actual customers to buy.

When I asked the manager about it, they offered zero help, no apology, and refused to offer a rain check despite the fact the item was on sale and I followed their instructions to a T. I've been an ITC member for over 2 years, spent over $5,000 at Harbor Freight, and this is how loyal customers get treated?

This location is horribly managed, employees give misinformation, and they clearly don’t care about customer service. Don’t waste your time here. Take your money somewhere that actually values your business. Avoid this store at all costs. There are plenty of other harbor freights nearby that offer exceptional...

I buy tools from hobo freight all the time. Good inexpensive stuff. Can’t argue there. Just make sure to question the employees. They will lie to your face to make a sale at times. Bought wrenches they claimed were discounted because they were returned. I brought them to the counter and literally asked them to check if it was a complete set or if “I was tripping” because I counted all of them there. The dude said they are all there it’s just discounted because they were returned and if something was missing it was sent back and replaced…what ever the hell that means... I took 2 weeks to open the box because sometimes I pull 80hour work weeks. Realized there was 2 of the same wrenches and the 10mm was missing…went back to inquire about it and one guy appeared to want to help me but when he asked some one els that person just kept shaking his head and said “na it was sold as is, we knew about that”….well obviously the dude who sold it to me did not. I advise you to take the attitude of Ron Swanson and assume the employees at Harbor Freight...

I had problems in this place with saleswoman she behaved to put it mildly very rude, was a bad service. After that I visited this place many times and that saleswoman also works on this place and became very polite but one sedovolosyj salesman of old age began to behave rudely despising to look at me harass inadvertently push and for it is not apologize. I think he's the boss, and he's probably the team leader defending his colleagues. But I think it's not right because they forgot this place is not their property They work and their duty to show high service and please more goods. And if someone from the buyer was offended by the seller then they should no longer allow this and versa to make a good relationship with the offended buyer. The situation opposite is not enough that I was insulted and the bad relationship continues on this as an organized mafia!
