The person who was at kitchen today as March 3, 2021 at 2:56pm was very rude and bad actitud with customer, I order LG Beef and vegetables and 6 pieces of boneless wings, on the menu doesn't said those wings comes with spice sauce, when they gave me the order I told them that I didn't know they put spice sauce, and that my kid can't eat hot sauce, she got upset and came to the front and pointed to the menu and said it's said right there, I said, no it doesn't, it says boneless wings it doesn't specify and replay to me you should know, I said I order what it said on the menu and you saw it doesn't said come with hot sauce, then after she noticed she grabbed the food and said to me now I have to dump it, I said is not my fault you have a bad advertising menu, then she was saying something that I couldn't heard because she went to the back but I don't think it was a good thing because she was very upset, I told her that's not a good customer service and that she needs to change her actitud and the way she speaks with the customers, I had record everything on my phone and if management wants to hear everything I can provide the audio to them, this lady needs be retaining in order to work at this faciliti. 1 star Cause i cant give 0 stars Went thru drive thru placed my order paid and then was told to park until my order was ready (a chicken veggie bowl and spring rolls) thwn didnt wanna mess up there drive thru timer i guess so i waited parked for about 15 mins and no one came out so I went in to see what was up and to get a refund if my food wasn't ready which it wasn't 4 people working no one in charge 2 people just kept wiping tables that no one used I person in drive thru window taking orders and 1 person making the food no one had a reason for the delay and all seemed lost when asked about my order no one could give me an 800 number since there was no manager to speak to and it took another 10 mins to just get a refund at that point my order was ready but I didn't want it. once the drive thru cashier stopped taking orders and finally helped me giving me my money back never have a been to a place so crazy and unprofessional and so I went and spent less at the Chinese takeout next...

I just order a chicken bowl with rice only , no veggies , no sauce and a cheese cake. I go and check it when my order was done. Good thing I did cause it was the wrong order. I told the young lady at the window , I didn't order this. I just wanted chicken and white rice only. She comes back an says this is what you ordered. I go no. I order what I told you . Why would I order this with sauce if I don't anything like that. She said the person making it said I had to take it. Wrong. So they take it back , bring me another one and it has nothing but fat juice in it... what the hell. ! Maybe they need to learn english or something.... never going...
