We tried to overlook the initial confusion of the shop, then a caramel macchiato with no caramel, but when trying to get it corrected I watched the barista pick up the towel she had dropped on the floor and proceed to wipe the milk frother. We advised the crew at the pastry/food tables in the market and went on. We were eating an Egg burrito (very dry) and nibbling the delicious pastries when we found a HAIR inside the burrito.
