Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Fe

I showed up at 11 am they don't serve breakfast that late and that is understandable. So I ordered 2 of the western bacon meals. So that means they went from breakfast to lunch. Right. My fries were cold and stail. And fries smelled slightly rancid. Both burger were cold and the onion ring in the western were hard and dehydrated. The BBQ sauce in burger was dried out as well. I guess they sold me stuff from the night before. The only thing to salvageable were the drinks. So basically I paid 30.00 or so dollars for soda. I have tried this place multiple times only because it was close to my place of employment and time for lunch is all ways slim, And it's been hit and miss for the last ten years and I know help is hard to find. But this is ridiculous. I have been doing business my hole life I know nothing about the restaurant business but I know this is not something to sell to someone for human consumption. Oh and watch out for anything with mayonnaise. I would like my money back. But back to there great customer service. Sarcasm... Sarcasm.... Sarcasm.... you would think next to, two high dollar hotels and the river walk this place would be killing it but nope what a joke. Were the health department or they having help...

I went here twice on my trip to Colorado. The first time I ordered at the drive thru and everything was good. The second time (on my way home) I went inside to eat. The woman taking my order could barely take my order. I was very clear I only wanted the burgers but she asked me every time if I wanted the meals and kept asking me to repeat what I said. After paying I looked at the receipt to see she didn't even put everything we ordered on our ticket so I had to order again to get the rest of my food. Once we got our food my kids didn't get the fries their kids meal comes with. They did give us the fries no questions asked though. My kids and I needed to use the restroom. The women's was locked and the men's was open but locked so you couldn't shut the main door to keep anyone else out. I'd go back to this restaurant because my current home city doesn't have a Carl's Jr and it's a nostalgic food for me but my last stop here was not pleasant so it's kinda left a bad thought in my head. Luckily I rarely go to Santa Fe and probably won't be back for a couple years, hopefully my experience then...

I went to go get dinner on December 8th at 6:00 p.m. I ordered two things El Diablo Burger and hand breaded chicken tenders. I went through the drive-thru and they asked me to wait in the parking lot. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. When I went in to inquire about what was taking so long they asked for my receipt. I gave them my receipt and the one working in the front switched out the receipt and took off the chicken tenders and claimed that he didn't switch it out. I spoke to the manager and he was incredibly unprofessional I was basically double charged the original charge $20 for the El Diablo Burger and hand breaded chicken tenders and then charged again for another El Diablo Burger. Bringing my total to around around $30. My assumption is they didn't want to fry the chicken and the employees on hand didn't want to set up the kitchen to do so. So their answer to this was to gaslight their customer and then overcharge that customer for catching them in a lie. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat at this Carl's Jr location. The manager and the staff on hand are clearly trying to scam...
