Fusion Tacos Llano — Restaurant in Santa Fe

I love fusion taco, but this specific location tests my patients. This is the second time in a row my orders been forgotten in the last month while ordering in person here. Here's my rant: I showed up before the lunch rush with 2 Co workers, and the food order screen was minimal. I was told it would be 10 minutes for a Quessapizza, after 25 minutes went by I asked what happened. They claimed it was almost done, as they rush to start it. 5 minutes later it was ready to go so i asked the guy politely if they just forgot (which was the obvious situation). Instead of owning up to the situation, they instead said there were many other tickets ahead and they do them in the order they come. The people I came with had their orders in less than 10 minutes. The people after me had their larger orders before me as well. The phone orders even got priority over mine. I would have been fine if Instead of trying to make up an excuse, try the truth with an honest apology. I would not have minded if it were just me, but my coworkers had to wait and my service dog started to get antsy since theres not a ton of shade in the area. ( Llano Street) Food has usually been good. Last time I advised they forgot a taco on my last visit, and asked for an extra one; he didn’t believe me and stated he would give me $2 off my current order. There was no accountability and treated me like I was lying. They didn’t get a tip that day for their rudeness; it wouldn’t have killed them to makeup the lost taco!. Secondly, my family was charged twice on a different order receipt and we were blamed for their-error in ringing it up, and that we should have caught their-error before the ticket was closed.
