On May 17, 2025 at around 12 PM I stopped By and was greeted by a thin white guy wearing a baseball cap with a patched beard. I explained I was looking to sell my Xbox X series if I found right price. I handed him my Xbox controller and cables needed to test the console. This man very strangely encouraged me to go look around the store while he tested the sound and made sure that this was working. I walked away but suspicious of his demeanor. I walked back and waited there while he tested my console. He then started me asking if there was anything wrong with the device at all without being specific. I asked him if there was anything wrong with the device, and he knotted his head, saying he didn’t know, but that he could not see anything was displayed. I informed him that prior to leaving the home I checked that everything was working properly and he then proceeded to make me a lowball offer saying that because he was not reading any display using his cables that he would make an offer of $150. I explained to him that the console was working just fine before leaving the home and further more explained. This console was barely even used and it Very good condition . The man continued to make me the offer stating that he did not know if something was wrong with the device, but was still willing to purchase it at that price. I thanked him for his time and drove back home 45 minutes hooked up my device and there was everything working perfectly. I called him back and asked that he check his monitor and or cables that he used because this was going to happen to more people like me and he would then be very low offers with the same justification that the device is not working properly. The man then started raising his voice and said that he was, just completing a trading for the exact same console and Xbox series and that everything worked just fine on his end. It was evident that the man was very defensive and did not offer to take this back and look at it again, but simply started defending himself and saying that he didn’t know what was going on, but with a very loud and rude voice.

I encourage you to make sure that you are getting your monies worth because this man is definitely not someone that I can trust. I will rather drive two hours from her. I live to an Albuquerque location, but I will not go back to this place because this man lacks integrity and he is, taking money out of...

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the guy Alex who was the cashier has a horrible attitude when entering the store, the other employee who was there also had a very horrible attitude when asking about doing a trade in he was in able to do it due to “not knowing how” Alex started the trade in process when he noticed the serial number sticker was not on the console explained he could not take it I came back home pulled everything out of my bag and found the serial number stuck to the bag took the console back and was told they wouldn’t take it because I was in there 5 minutes before they told me to go to a different game stop because it was probably stolen and I didn’t not appreciate that as a female because they “thought” the console was stolen when the guy Alex just didn’t check the bag properly. The worst customer service I have ever had. My son and I were in the store for 45 minutes. Not once were we acknowledged by staff. My son was so excited to buy a plush he had saved his money for. With merchandise in hand and money in the other we were ready to make our purchase. After 30 minutes of patiently waiting to be ring up I asked if we could purchase our item. She said oh I'm sorry I am helping someone else. I mentioned that the people they were helping were there after us and that if would be nice to be acknowledged.
