Joy Sushi Bar, a small Asian restaurant, is conveniently located next to and connected with the Santa Fe Asian Market in the St. Michaels Village shopping center. Upon entering, I found the simple Asian-themed decor, with room dividers and hanging motifs, created a quaint and charming atmosphere, though the temperature inside was a bit warm.
I watched the cook prepare sushi behind the counter and decided to order the dancing tiger sushi roll. The presentation was artistic and impressive. Thatâs unacceptable, especially at a sushi restaurant where quality and freshness should be a priority. It felt like they were cutting corners, and it really ruined the meal for me. Definitely wonât...
