Lorenzo's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Fe

This is one of those, 'old fashioned' brick oven pizza places. Honestly, I'd rather make a pizza from scratch than pay the price for carry-out/delivery pizza from a restaurant but this is one of the three places I'd choose again whenever I do go that route.

The crust; fluffy and soft delicious bread crust The sauce; made rich and tasteful, highlights the bond between crust and toppings Toppings; many options to pile in with the seductively melted cheese that pulls it all together Cheese; A seductive mozzarella melted and piled thick as it oozes over every edge of every slice as you as you indulge in the ever so satisfying taste of melted goodness...

This has to be the best pizza place in the area. Although the prices are pretty high, I feel that it is worth every penny! This is a small pizza joint, and is one of those places that if you didn’t know it was there you would probably miss it. On some nights I will say it can be difficult to get a hold of Lorenzo’s because of how popular it is. I know plenty of people personally that work there and they all seem to enjoy working there.

Lorenzo’s is definitely one of those must go places if you are ever in the area or visiting Santa Fe. The pizza is pretty greasy, but that’s that makes it so great! Definitely recommend is you want some...

This Pizza place is on the expensive side and the quality of the food isn't particularly special and definitely doesn't justify the higher than average prices. The bread base was too thick and was undercooked. The toppings were moderately plentiful but were still insufficient to take away the feeling that you were fighting your way through a mountain of Bread, in search of a little flavor. It also surprised me that even though a delivery service is advertised, they didn't have a driver who was prepared to drive the 6.4 miles to make a delivery...
