Update. The app asked me for an update after visiting this location today. Hate to say but they messed up my order one again. Had to go into the store and wait for my sandwich to be made right and meanwhile the rest of my food is cold now. Smh
Every time we order from here we have at least 2 or 3 items missing from the order. It is never much. A few dollar burgers here and there but after last 4 times this happening ordering through the app and just ignoring, I called and asked to have this fixed. I asked for the manager and the lady told me she was the manager. She was speaking so fast I could hardly understand her and she was moving the phone cord around so much it was breaking up the call. Then told me I would have to come back up to the store for them to refund my points and money to the app. I then asked for the owner contact information so I could call. Then all the sudden she was not he manager anymore and said the store manager could talk to me. This second "manager" tells me I just need to call next time before I come to McDonalds so he can make sure all my food is in the bag that he would make sure we are taken care of next time. I realized he wasn't trying to fix this for me without me having to take another 20 minutes off work to run to McDonalds. Yes I should have checked my order for accuracy, but to have to make another trip with another 20 minutes away from work and another few miles of gas all while the food we did get is getting cold for 2 cheap burgers just doesn't sit right with me instead of just apologizing, refunding the items to my app and training the employees to better pack the orders and not having people on the phone pretending to...
Read moreAs Someone whom has been in Customer Relations/Sales-Business Development for many years in the Auto Industry (Retired), I have to say this store is EXCEPTIONAL at being Diligent at getting customers food out and generally pleasant. It's unfortunate that they have an individual that works the drive through that does NOT adhere to that Professionalism. Your job is to be courteous, not give attitude. He is Rude (Trying to Provoke Confrontation) and actually wanted to reprimand me by Shaking His Head, Staring me down and Questioning me WHY I Didn't Stop at the First Window as he yelled out when I passed by and proceeded to Second Window. Instructions that he FAILED to give While I was placing my order, yet acted like I had intentionally WRONGED him? Instead of using Rationale and Logic and ascertaining that backing up was not an option due to customers behind me, he wanted to let me know that I did HIM wrong, and he didn't appreciate having to do just a LITTLE more and walk a few steps to the Second Window. Read moreI almost exclusively use the McDonald's app. I probably buy breakfast 200 times a year at this location. That translates to several hundred dollars in purchases a year. Several of the employees recognize me when I pull up to the windows to pay and to pick up my orders. I would say 99+% of the time they are friendly and competent in the performance of their jobs, and I usually drive away smiling. Then, there are those few times when I ask myself why I bother. Of course, I don't expect to be treated any differently than a first-time customer at this location, but I do expect to be treated as any paying customer expects to be treated - with respect and appreciation for choosing to spend my hard-earned dollars for ever more expensive fast food. I won't bore the readers of this review with the details, but I want to inform the readers of this review that this particular McDonald's location has some employees that may not provide the type of service that will have you wanting to come back in the future. I know I won't be coming back and I will gladly choose other options for breakfast...
