My husband and I were in here today (Mar. 20 2:10 pm). While the ladies in the bread shop were lovely, the guy operating the Pivot Coffee booth was one of the most miserable, arrogant men I’ve ever encountered.

There was 0 acknowledgement when we first approached him. We asked him if he makes his drinks iced and all he said was an extremely flat “I can.”

We tried to win him over, thanked him kindly and he gave us absolutely nothing. There are places in Santa Fe just as good to get espresso drinks and with WAY...

Excellent drinks crafted by the business owner or his talented friends. I know the great coffee (and my sidekick's chai latte) and a quick chat will brighten my day.
