I just wanted to share I was having a really awful day and the ladies who helped me today made my day so much better. I was crying and really struggling with no sleep because I was up all night due to a delayed flight. Then, I received horrible news this morning and was devastated. However, I had to get business done as usual in Santa Fe. I said let me go to Starbucks and get some breakfast because I had nothing since yesterday. Tiffany at the box in the drive thru was so friendly and put a smile on my face. Even though you all didn’t have the spinach feta wrap I wanted, she apologized and offered something else. She also made me laugh because she made a joke about coffee. When I get to the window, I am greeted by Savannah with the biggest smile. Her smile alone instantly made me feel so much better. She was friendly, personable, and gave me my items with hospitality. I left thinking, today is a good day. I cannot thank these girls enough for what they did for me. I wanted to give up and I found renewed strength in a simple hello and coffee. Not to mention whoever made my drink made it so perfect that I want them to make it for me every time. You can even ask them as soon as they make the drink if this is the correct drink as it looks off and they say yes... then turns out it is infact not the correct drink. When I told them that I want the correct drink this time as I was in the day before and they gave it to me wrong the girl got attitide when confronted on that as she was the same girl... then trys to throw the star bucks terminology at me for the drink I am now ordering. It's not my job to know each specific drink if its not on your menu board..as if she was trying to make it seem like I am the one messing up my orders. I'm sorry I told you exactly what I want so you tell me which one it is if its absolutely necessary to get technical... Read moreGreat light roast coffee sat outside and enjoyed. The falafel sandwich was like teeny tiny like I was really surprised but they gave me a full glass of ice water which was nice. Also it's one of the few Starbucks that you can go in and actually chill out. Get on your computer, get some work done and you feel totally welcome there. It's not like the new Starbucks where it's like you have like a sitting outside under an awning and you have to go through the drive-thru to get something.
