Subway — Restaurant in Santa Fe

I asked for a “footlong BLT on the herbs and cheese”, the woman pulled out the loaf, cut it, and put the other half back. I kindly corrected, “oh, I’d like a footlong please” she rolled her eyes and grabbed the other half. She put my bacon on a sheet and tossed it in the microwave, when I asked “oh, could I please get it all toasted?” She snapped at me with “our oven is broken.” Ok... kind of wish I was told that earlier, otherwise I would’ve gone somewhere else... I got the BLT and the drink/chip combo, and it for some reason came out to 10.50. I realized after I got back home that they had charged me for 2 6-inches rather than a footlong. AND, they hadn’t cut the sandwich again after it had finished, meaning I had separated bread and all of the insides were still connected so I couldn’t pick it up without everything spilling. I wrapped most of it back up and tried to just open it at the end. Took a bite, and it was disgusting! The bacon was of course soggy and gross because it had been microwaved, and the tomatoes were mushy, it was just... impossible to eat. Ended up throwing the whole thing away and going to Jimmy Johns. Definitely won’t be going back to this location...

My sisters are the ones who ordered. I came outside of my house to smoke and realized that my cigarettes were missing. Asked my sister and she said she had seen them there a little bit ago. Then they said it could’ve been the delivery driver. We have a gate and the way to open it is really tricky. They had wondered how they had the food left on the porch since normally people don’t leave it there due to that fact plus we have a dog. One of my sisters went out to get the food and the driver sped away from the driveway. Driving a grey Toyota Corolla with the bumper in the front was messed up. Called 5 times to see if their was a driver who had a car that matched the description but no answer. My sisters also mentioned that the food was bland and didn’t...

We got there and the workers that were there at night were out of it. They were doing things wrong from the start. First they put meatballs after just telling them to toast it before. The guy there didn't listen. When preparing my sandwich one of the guys literally put my bacon into the microwave. The microwave. Why do they have my microwave in the first place? After asked if I wanted some chips O said yes. But the guy didn't put them in and I paid not knowing. So when I went to grab my chips he asked if I wanted some. I was tired in a hurry so I just left,but definitely would have done something if I had more time. Honestly not going back...
