I popped into this spot in Santa Fe while I was there for work for a couple of days, and let me tell you, it's a gem! The owner is seriously one of the friendliest people I've ever met. She doesn't skimp on the food either – the portions are huge, and everything tastes delicious. Just a heads up, though, she runs the place solo, so don't be surprised if your food takes a little while, especially when there are a bunch of orders ahead of yours. It's totally worth the wait, though. What's cool is that if you're into trying some authentic Thai food, just let her know, and she'll whip something up just the way you want it. It's like having your own personal Thai chef! All in all, my two visits here were awesome – warm vibes, big portions, and a taste of Thailand in Santa Fe. Definitely a must-try if you're in the area!

Sweet Rice Asian Express was EXCELLENT! We had the Chicken ($12.99) and Vegetarian Pad Thai ($12.99) and it was fresh and delicious. What put my experience over the top was the Thai Iced Tea ($3.50), which was a million times better than any Starbucks drink. Service was fast and so friendly! I can't wait to go back! On second visit I had a friend tell me to get the iced coffee with condensed milk and it was the best coffee drink I've had all summer. I also tried the fish cake appetizer and crab rangoon with sweet Chile sauce, both were prepared perfectly. Fish cakes were like nothing I've tasted before. They had a wonderful texture of sausage patties and hints of green bean and lime leaf. I couldn't tell they were made of fish. They were Incredible, I'd highly recommend!

Really good food with great service made by a kind family. Walk-up orders can take a bit of time, but good food takes time. Truck is in midtown centrally located and easy to access parking lot. Crab Rangoons - Great! Made from scratch with a nice Thai chili sauce Pad Thai w/ Shrimp - Great! Solid portion with fresh ingredients, a little on the sweet side but that’s OK Fried Rice w/ Chicken - Great! Solid portion with tender chicken and good flavors *Not Pictured* Drunken Noodle w/ Chicken - Great! Well cooked wide glossy noodles with bok choy and other veg in a well balanced brown sauce
