Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Maria

Over the past 3 or 4 months every time I order a pizza the next morning they are taking anywhere from 3$-5$ out of my account when questioned about this I was given the runaround by the female manager who told me call back the next day we would figure it out called back the gentleman who answered the phone who was not management refused to leave his name with me and hung up on me when I called back the next day I was getting hung up on because I was told it was like a needle in a haystack you wouldn't be able to figure it out and so I was very simply explained to them if it's every single morning that the credit cards are being charged that's not rocket science if only management those pending charges guess what narrows it down real quick and again I was hung up on so now I have to contact the Police department contact my credit card company and the DA's office because it's a crime it is a felony if you multiply 3 to 4 months and they are pulling three to five dollars out of every single account the orders pizza that is a lot of money you might want to check...

Dominos employee… “I don’t know what your problem is”. A classic quote from the woman that must be the most impolite and unprofessional Dominos employee I have ever interacted with at dominos. I called to make an order for delivery, as the app seemed to show an incorrect amount. The woman was so rude and uninterested in helping me that I would have to repeat the answers to most of her questions 2-4 times due to how much she was interrupting me. This was before she hung up on me. I am impressed this woman has a job representing Dominos as that poor behavior is not typically allowed in customer and employee interactions at all the other Dominos locations I have been to in America and in Ukraine. I order pizza at this location on main street weekly. This week, I was delivered a pizza that had been dropped or improperly made as the cheese had sliden off of it. I called, asked for re-delivery, I was told that my pizza would go to the bottom of the delivery list. When I asked why as we where going to have dinner, I was told because there are others ahead of you and we are busy. I then asked to speak to a manager but she was Too busy to talk. I got down to the store, and demanded my money back as I order weekly and felt like this was was some the worst customer service! I will NOT be ordering from this store again.
