Pollo's Culiacan — Restaurant in Santa Maria

Ordered a burger, they told me it was 14 with drink and fries. They take a while but was worth it for that second, they take my debit card in and take a while to bring it back, they never did. After going in to see if my order was ready the guy came out and gave it to me but i asked for my debit card and they said they didn't have it. I told him that i gave him my debit card to go and charge me but he never gave my debit card back. After 5 minutes they looked around the area and asked me if I could come back later for it. I said "no im not leaving until they give me my card back" either you have it or one of your employees aren't being honest. They lost my card and suddenly they found it at the registers. Stop by here for 1st time today... and while flavor was decent, we ask and PAID for guacamole and received NONE even asking as they gave me my food they said yes it's in there.

When place start off like this it's makes one not trust them. Then I call to tell them and they didn't care and hung up phone 2xs. Will we go back or recommend??? Absolutely not...they shot their own foot. They must be desperate for cash to charge people and not give them what they pay for. The service was good, our server was nice. Its set up as a car hop, where you are tended to from your car. The menu was mostly lunch and dinner items. The only breakfast they had was a breakfast burrito. They do serve burgers, sandwiches, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, fries, nachos, and even a kids menu. My husband and I ordered the Anaheim Burger and Cali fries. The burgers were a decent size as were the fries, but the flavors were definitely up to par. They know what they are doing with that seasoning. Now the pico de gallo was too hot for me and not hot enough for my husband so you will have to play with that but I can bet they used serrano chilies instead of jalapenos.
