I ordered my 3 frozen and cold drinks through the mobile app at 9:31pm and chose the option “In Store Pickup” to specifically avoid a long line in the drive thru. When we arrived the door was already locked with a sign saying the lobby is closed at 9pm with a drive thru line about 10 deep. The app stated the store closes at 12am. How would I know that the store lobby is closed at 9pm. With my already paid drinks and now in a terrible mood, I had no choice but to get in the drive thru line. Mind you my frozen drinks probably have been ready for over 10 mins already. When I got to the speaker I told the lady I went to the door to pick my order. Before she even apologize for the inconvenience she sarcastically said “that’s why there are signs on the door that says we’re close.” How would I even know that prior to ordering through the mobile app when it stated that the store closes at 12 am and on top of that, it gave me the option to either pick up inside or through the drive through? Of course I would pick up indoor for the convenience instead of waiting in a long drive through line. I told the employee they need to update the app in which she responded we can’t update it and that they don’t know if the mobile order is for indoor or drive thru. What’s the use of the app then? Either this store needs to close the app at 9pm or at least put the indoor pick up drinks near the entrance door for those who chose that option. Read moreI used to love going to this location, and was my go-to for Starbucks drinks, now the service is not great. We waited at least 20 minutes tonight in the drive through. My mom had previously dropped her whole starbucks on the ground earlier in the evening, so we were going back through to try and redeem the buy one get one on the app. I had already used my coupon earlier, but we downloaded and signed up so my mom could get the deal and get one for her and my father. Finally it's our turn, Well come to find out we have to wait 3 days because it's not showing up on our app because we are "too new" of a member. The staff looked at us like we were crazy for even asking to get the deal. So we are out of luck. I then handed the woman working there the spilled drink cup and asked if she would throw it away for us, and she literally hesitated and said "I guess I can". Till finally one day Wyatt said you need to bring your drink back I said okay no problem I'm paying almost $9 for my drink with all the extra stuff I'll take it back! For some odd reason I always have a problem with Wyatt. I don't go there as often as I use to. Anyway decided to go yesterday which was June the 10th and of course what happened there was Wyatt and I had an incident with him . I had placed an order at the wrong Starbucks ended up calling he says oh I misunderstood you know you didn't! I happen to place an order at the wrong Starbucks.
