So I gave this shop a call at 12 18 and I asked how to facilitate an order from them and the person on the phone explain to me how to do it so I'd already have an account with them as far as having the rewards and all of that and when I set up the app it would not let me log in even though I already have an account tried to go ahead and do the reset and it said and maximum take a half an hour well an hour and a half later I still did not have a reset password code gave them a call. as someone was at the door but when I realized that everybody was standing at the door and no one was answering the phone after 5 minutes of calling I walked up while still on the phone hung up and asked why no one was answering the phone the girl at the end door was very rude and said well I was handing them a package and I said well does that mean everybody has to hand them a package and so she just slam the door and locked it. so I called again and no one answered and that kept calling until someone answered and then I asked if there was a way that someone could facilitate a phone order because I could not log into their stupid app. she then went on to continue to say that she couldn't facilitate this request for me because in her words she couldn't because their POS system was locked. she then went on to state that the only way that she could facilitate an order was I had to place it online and if the online system wasn't working that she couldn't help and she didn't work in customer service. So I waited almost two hours for no help in my car for nothing do not go to this place they are terrible terrible customer service and unless they know you they don't care stay away bad bad bad go to the san Luis Obispo.s they will take care of you. I had to stand in line for awhile n when it was my turn at counter the lil high school chic was on the phone n i set my bag on the counter, she didnt say anything to me she just took the receipt out of bag n got into the register n handed me the amount for the controller n not once ask what i needed. I said excuse me but i didnt want a refund i wanted to exchange it n she said "were kinda busy have a nice day" ..how rude..im not a confrontational person by far but i wanted to reach across n slap her glasses off. Thats not customer service at all by her if ur goin to be on the phone(personal) do it on break or at home.. Other than that. We like gamestop, my husband gets all his games n acc. from there.
