All Day — Restaurant in Santa Monica

I placed order through Uber eats, i went there after 15 minute when it was already ready for 5 minutes, when I went there it was high volume music so I tried to reach any employee but it was impossible until I started yelling at the place, this is disrespectful to customer, order was showing ready but it was not in place, employees definetly didn’t take care of me as customer. I told the employee that for more than 5 minute I am in the store and waiting any sign of restaurant, she could just say “sorry” instead of ignoring my words. Never gonna comeback. I am a repeat customer of Good Eats and once again, they have exceeded my expectations. This time, I decided to try their Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Salad and I was not disappointed. The salad was incredibly fresh and the portion size was generous enough for me to enjoy some leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. I just had a signature cheeseburger and honestly wasn’t good at all. The burger wasn’t hot enough, the texture of the beef was not right, bun was dry and looked like lettuce from a plastic bag. Didn’t tasted like made on a grill, I hope it’s not made with a microwave. 😳 I still give 5 star cause I don’t want to lower they ratings but if they making burgers like that I don’t see how they will stay...
