I can't say enough about my great experience at Yale Jewelers. Joe, the owner, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my process of selecting an engagement ring. He flew in multiple diamonds for me to look at, and even after I was confident I had found "the one" he recommended that I take a look at a few more, "just to be sure". There was no urgency to encourage my making a brash, quick decision and he wanted to make sure I (and my soon to be fiancee) would be 100% happy with the product. Mission accomplished- the ring turned out absolutely beautiful, and my fiancee and I couldn't be happier.

We'll be going back to Yale Jewelers to purchase our wedding bands, without a question.

True story: I have a very close friend whose family OWNS a jewelry store, who promised to get me an amazing deal on my ring. I showed him what Joe at Yale Jewelers was offering me, to which he said, "I can't touch that value. I don't know how he's getting that for you, but if it's legit, you should go with Yale." I later showed my friend the final product and he was amazed at the quality and that I was able to get that nice a ring at the price Joe gave me.

He sourced and custom made my wite and my wedding rings on short notice, and they came out beautifully. I've gotten tons of compliments on my band. It's a unique piece with amazing craftsmanship. I recently came in to fix a small issue with my wife's ring. It was user error, not a quality problem, and Joe did a perfect repair, at cost. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days.

Joe also knows his watches, and they have some great pieces in the shop. I saw a vintage VC patrimony and a JLC reverso duoface on my last visit. They work with an excellent watchmaker and can service most anything.

We came to Yale Jewelers first for a custom engagement ring and then for our wedding bands a year later. Joe worked with me to craft my wife's custom engagement ring, incorporating my great grandmother's diamond and creatively building in a natural style. From the moment you walk into the store, Joe is so personable and has a great way of connecting with people. We had a specific vision in mind for these rings that would feel like us, and Joe suggested we include the design of the encircled vines of the engagement ring into both of the wedding rings. They were able to design the wedding set so that the asymmetrical curve stacked together beautifully. When coming in for my wife's bridal jewelry he made good suggestions, and, at no charge, generously provided a clasp for the band of pearls she had brought in to match.
