Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Paula

App said our pizza was delivered and it was never delivered! I called the store to see where it was & spoke to ALFRED, he said he would help me out and after speaking to the driver he told me that it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t. He had told me he was going to make it again and have it sent out in 25 mins and I asked him if he could do anything to help me out because of the inconvenience and he told me there’s nothing he can do, and hung up on me. So I called back to speak to a “manager” and guess who the manager was, Alfred! Lol I asked why he hung up and he said because I was rude and he didn’t want to serve me anymore! as a person who does customer service all the time, he should’ve been a lot more helpful! Ridiculous, get it together domino’s! Never...

I don’t know why this place shows 3.5 star ratings here on google because they’re service and food is a -3.5 star rating. Yelp has it almost right at 1.5. The two times we’ve ordered from here our pizza arrived 2 hours later!! And when it did finally arrived it was as expected... cold, stale almost cardboard tasting. The last time we ordered, it had a fuzz ball on it!!!! GROSS! WTH were they doing to our food? We order twice and now we know we’re NEVER going to order here again. To top it off, when we called to check on our pizza, the workers were always unfriendly and unprofessional making us feel like we were a burden. They clearly don’t care about their jobs and it shows in the food quality and the way they treat...

My mom ordered a pizza today, as she does often. I even order for her sometimes, same toppings every time, on thin crust. Never had an issue before today. Today she got her pizza and it was burnt, after talking to a manager it was determined that maybe she didn't have any marinara sauce put on it, one would think marinara sauce is a default ingredient when making a pizza. Instead of coming of with a solution for an unhappy customer, because the pizza was clearly left in the oven too long, the manager made excuses as to why it was burnt. Terrible Customer service...
