Several things went wrong during my last visit today. At first the drive thru display was not showing my order, instead it was showing the other lanes order causing confusion amongst me and the person taking my order. Taking my money was no problem that went smooth. But when receiving my food and drinks the kid at the window was holding the drinks in a way that was spilling onto my arm and truck he was busy talking to the person next to him rather than paying attention to who he’s handing food too. I asked for ranch which they forgot and tried to charge me when I brought it up when I know the meal deals come with one condiment each. Lastly when handed my mc flurry they did not mix it and rather just put the Oreo ontop. Which I know is not the correct way to make the mc flurry. When I asked the kid at the window to mix the mc flurry he went to the manager to tell her my request rather than just do it himself. She gave him a mean reaction when hearing my request and told him to make me park. When asked I moved my vehicle immediately since I know they are on a timer and did not want to mess up their times since it was already busy. But they made me wait almost three minutes for a simple request when I finally got the mic flurry it had already stated to melt and it wasn’t mixed properly! Read moreI got off work at 1:30 this morning and hadn’t eaten all day, so decided to get something to eat. I stopped at McDonald’s, I put my order in through the drive through and the female that took my order asked me to speak up so I did, then she said ,” you don’t have to yell!” I said “excuse me?” Then she said “you don’t have to yell, or I won’t take your order and you can exit.” I was so appalled, I pulled up to the window and she had her worker tell me she is not going to take my order. Her name is Joanna. She came to the and continued to be disrespectful, and said she doesn’t care who I complain to. She was the rudest, most disrespectful person I’ve encountered! This establishment is always messing up on our orders. Their management is not trained properly. I don’t know if this is a franchise or a company owned McDonald’s, but I will tell you they lost my households business, and from the reviews on here, I see that whoever owns this specific McDonald’s, doesn’t care about their customers...
Read moreI come here often for breakfast, it's always 10-15 min to get your order. I typically place my order on the app and go inside for pickup. It's amazing how mcds has designed their restaurants to completely ignore customers. It will never fail customers constantly ignored and just end up leaving. Typically the older crowed who is not comfortable using the touch screens. I have tried helping them a couple times but they just get frustrated. The people working are working running around trying to bet the timers for the drive thru just don't have enough help. Adding a shift would probably generate more revenue and keep return business. Corporate needs to stop looking at their analytics and actually come into their stores and see what's happening. Today's order. My order today today...
