Today I went into one of the Karls juniors in Santa Rosa, California store # 110086. I ordered the Diablo combo meal and after she rang me up and I looked at the receipts. They charge me 15.69. The menu board 14.29. I pointed this out to the person who helped me. Her response was oh you got the medium that prices for the small. I pointed out that the sign says it’s for the medium and then she repeated herself and said it was for the small. I pointed out on the sign that it said medium, which is what I had ordered. Her response was that’s what’s in the computer so that’s what we The sign is wrong. I asked to speak to a manager, and his response was basically that was what was in the computer in the sign was wrong. At that point, I told him it was illegal to charge somebody a different price than what was posted and he told me there was nothing he could do, That is what was in the computer and the sign is wrong. I went outside to the drive-through and that sign also says 14.29. I asked for my money back. He gave me a refund and I walked out of the restaurant. Is this Carls Jr standard policy? Post one price and charge your customers a higher price? Neither clerk was friendly or helpful. The manager did not seem at all interested in solving the problem. I think his name was Henoc, when I asked for his name, he said it’s so quietly I had to ask him...
Read moreNever come here with current management. Current management seems to fixated on profit more than anything. Two days in row me and my coworkers have gone to grab food from this restaurant. I’m surprised that corporate allows half of these restaurants to operate with their name. Saturday we came in and received a beyond burger which is normally a vegetarian burger, covered to the brim in beef fat and bits, the excuse? Their charbroiler had gone out. Ok fine I understand. Today before work we went back in and got the same thing and this time I notified the cashier they should probably not sell the products if they’re gonna be cross contaminated, their excuse was that the managers would get angry. Never in my life have I seen such poor management and disregard for dietary guidelines and standards. This manager should be ashamed of themselves for putting their staff through this because at the end of it on Saturday night I saw one of their male employees have to get threatened over trying to follow simple logic. This restaurant would be better off closed than mismanaged as it is currently. Last time I said I’d stop coming here but now I will make it my mission to make sure this manager is taught how to properly handle an...
Read moreI used to come here and they were fine. The last month I've stopped by about twice a week in the morning with my husband for breakfast and they have messed up most orders plus having to wait in line for about 10 min on average with no one else in line. This past week I asked to add hash browns to my burrito (which shouldn't be a problem since they have other burritos with them) and the lady added them for 50 cents no problem, the next day asked for the same thing and was told by the boy that they couldn't do that. I explained about the previous day and he said ok, he made is wait 13 min and when I got to work there were no hash browns in the burrito and he charged me, there was no one else there! Then my husband called and said they didn't toast his bread. I tried calling and they only send you to corporate so we went on our lunch break to talk to the manager and there was no manager there the boy said but that he would give them my information and if course five days later I've had no call back. Don't go there in the mornings unless you want to wait forever and still get your...
