El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

My boyfriend and I stopped in to get a bite to eat after we did some shopping. The outside dining was available. My boyfriend and I went inside to place our orders .While waiting in line there were 2 people waiting to get their order redone ,becouse it was done wrong and needed to be redone. When our order was up ,it was also wrong. I went to find a table outside to eat our meal and found the tables unclean.There was crumbs and pices of food on the table still. I cleaned them off with my disinfectant wipes. The man seated next to us said his table was also dirty. He went inside and got some paper towels and a spray bottle of disinfectant to wipe down his table. I asked the guy if they were going to get on him for bringing the spray outside. He said that there was another bottle of spray inside. It wasn't but a minute latter when a female employee came out and told him he could not take the bottle of disinfectant outside to wipe the tables. They man then asked who was responsible to wipe down the tables out side. Her response was "Its...

So we went threw the drive thru today and we failed to look in our bag because we have NEVER had an issue with our order BUT today once we pulled over to eat our taco salads we realized they didn't give us any utensils, no napkins and no sauce or dressing for our salads. I was very upset because what's a tocó salad without dressing and we were already in the other side of town parked outside a clinic before an appointment so we had to use our hands to eat our salads since we couldn't drive all the way back for a fork and the other missing stuff. Naturally I called them to let them know and they seemed not to care or didn't feel at fault which really irritated me, I didn't get an apology or "I'll talk to my staff" instead I got a "well, you have to ask for the dressing" ......um since when? I understand that a lot of restaurants require you to ask for utensils etc but they also put a note up to let people know beforehand. Any ways..... that's my rant, I've worked in fast food before, the least they could have done...

Combo meals advertised on banner outside are a bait & switch. Banner shows 4 photos of different types of combos with "starting at" in small font, and $5.99 in large font" . Led to believe all meals showing start at 5.99. Just like Burger combo meals at Burger chains show price with small fries and small drink. Any larger size adds to the cost of the meal. Apparently each meal showing on banner has it's own price. But does not show prices anywhere. When i ordered I stated I wanted the "5.99 combo with the tacos". I was charged 6.99. I was not advised of the cost or that only one item on the banner actually costs 5.99. I realize it's only 1.00. It's not about the cost. It's the deception. Also nowhere inside the facility was that same advertisement and it wasn't listed on the menu board. When my husband went to discuss with the person in charge, that person all of a sudden said he couldn't understand. And kept saying i don't know. Also, my tortilla chips...
