KFC — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

In the evenings on my way home from work I'll stop around 9 - 9:30 to pick up a snack. Most times they are out of a lot of items. Or things like "Hot Wings", a favorite, I'll buy, are dried out and chewy obviously from being in the warmer to long. Last nite I stopped at 9:23 (they close at 10) and was told they were out of most items because they were getting ready to close and if I really wanted something I could wait while they cook it. This was told to me after I sat for about 5 mins. waiting to order. I left. This is another thing in the evenings...waiting to order for 3-5 mins. The very polite young man with tied up brades will take an order at the drive-up, next car pulls up and he politely says it'll be a few mins. as he fill the order he just took before he takes the next one. I wonder if the manager/owner knows this is how they conduct business in...

I was told at 9:40 pm tonight that they were closed. I just walked back home to now report this closure. This is the third evening in four weeks, in which, we were unable to order your extraordinary chicken, by closing early. Then this past three weeks we ordered our usual to only be informed such chicken was not available. Once we shifted our request to meet the supplies already available, we discovered the rolls were already hardened and instead of Cole slaw, we received a container of mashed potatoes. Laziest ppl I’ve ever dealt with, not competent at all. I call and ask if I can come pick my order up at the door. They say yes and I order. I walk over there and they see me at the door for over 15 min and refuse to make eye contact. Finally they realize I’m not leaving do they come to the door I explain I ordered online and they said I can pick it up at the door. They refuse and tell me I need to walk on foot threw the drive threw. They don’t have a half a brain cell between the 6 man crew. I’ve watched ppl order online and pick up at the door all Covid. So you can come to the door and tell me to walk around but you can’t hand me my food. I will never buy food from this chain...
