This is for the Hwy. 12 location: I increased my score from a 2 to a 4 star because the business manager Gabriel’s integrity and professionalism. I personally think that 510 batteries for use with cartridges should have a typical no questions asked return policy for at least a limited amount of time like other electronic gadgets on the market. However the return policy here is that all sales are final which is understandable with marijuana product given the complexity of all the laws, but it should be different for other products. The fact is, I’d asked for someone to buy for me the one and only best battery from them that they normally carry, the Hilara take it easy, 510 battery. They were out and someone recommended and sold the person I’d sent in for me a different brand called Dime industries, which arguably he should have called me to ask first but was impressed enough that it would be good. When i got it it appeared to be out of life so i charged it fully. Then it still acted like it was out of life. It took my going to the shop to have the guy show me that you cannot tighten the cartridge all the way to make it work ( which's faulty in and of itself). So now it’s “working” and I try the lowest setting as this battery apparently is even better with 5 different settings. The lowest setting is still so hot it won’t work on a high quality solventless Jetty cart and actually burns my throat. I was quite upset when they would not return it nor put a credit on my account when i came back into the shop to do that a few hours after purchase. It was Gabriel who called me about 3 min after i left the store to say he was going to try to make it right with me by giving me a hilara battery when they got them in and pointed out that my buyer person should have and could have called me first before buying. Gabriel was very professional and i do appreciate getting the Jetty at a discount during their happy hour. Also he went above and beyond another time when I’d been misguided and intimidated by a customer to buy a brand i absolutely did not like and actually exchanged it for me. It was a rare situation where another employee was being intimidated too. But I still think they could adjust the policy on batteries/ non marijuana products to be competitive with other...

I pretty regularly frequent this place. I went to the Rincon Valley before this one opened, loved both of these stores. I used to drive all the way from Forestville and now that I live in RP, I still come out this way even tho there are plenty of other options to go to. Idk if it was just the two working tonight, usually everyone is so friendly. Not the case in the past few months, and especially my experience tonight. Store didn’t have what I wanted, which I was TOTALLY fine with but there was no suggestions about what else to check out. On top of that, prices stay increasing. They used to not have a card fee and now they have that too.. y’all used to be different and that’s why I would go out of my way to go here but if it’s just going to be like every other club I’ll just stick to stores...

It truly is a sweet spot, good overall experience.

The prices aren't crazy thankfully for what feels like an upscale dispensary. A wide selection of products, variances, and types with a lot of name brands and a few local sources. Would recommend to bargain hunters and connoisseurs alike. Definitely give this place a visit. 20% off first time customers, just saying 😏

Staff wasn't very engaging but that's not a negative for some or experienced customers. I was given ample time to make my decision without feeling rushed or unwelcomed. Friendly and respectful
