This is a place that is very tough to Ray because they keep changing staff but a year ago I would have only given them one star I think they're on their way to becoming one of the number one stores in the area. And I think a lot of it is owed choose one of the store managers who also visits different stores her name is Christian and she does a hell of a job one of the other great workers is Brenda and there is a new guy there who used to work at a different one his name is Alex and he's got great customer skills as well. Well I had previously given this Starbucks for stars and today I have to change that back because it's been going back to the old ways where it was really bad service at the time I actually happened to be there a few days ago and the new kid took 30 minutes to brew coffee so I asked for a pour-over and the girl that was in charged young Latina with short hair and glasses was stressing about some transaction with all the other employees that happened before I arrived and I said this is my coffee ready after 15 minutes of waiting she goes wall is going to be a while so you are just going to have to wait. So I ended up waiting another 15 minutes just to get one regular cup of coffee but even worse today I went in there and I asked for a coffee and and iced tea and I got the coffee right away but there's a toll young guy about 6 1:30 Slim he Combs his hair to the side white kid who in the past have given me terrible service but I spoke to the manager about it and she said he didn't mean it so I let it go but today he noticed that it was me waiting for the day so he pretended he didn't see it so three more people win before me that had been in line after me and my tea still was not coming up and it was just a simple green tea and I had already gotten the coffee about 20 minutes before that because I order a coffee as well and that was because the girl in the counter was the one who gave it to me but I finally get the fact that he doesn't like me and I he deliberately maybe wait till because at the end of way when I asked somebody else for green tea he had this really funny smirk on his face when he looked at me and I guess in a way he feels like he won something by doing that like he's getting back at me for complain about him before but in reality the fact that the store is the one losing customers and is really a shame though because Kristen the manager is a really really good employee every time I see her at work she gives 120% and I'm surprised that this kid still struggling to become somebody even close to what she is and it's only because of the attitude and I understand that serving the public can be complicated and hard but I don't ask for much I just asked for my drink to be right and I don't want to wait 30 minutes for a drink or 20 minutes for a drink especially when I got there before other people and they come up with smoothies and Specialty drinks and I want to get in a green tea that just tells me right there that I've been neglecting and even worse when you know you've been...

...OK SO...today I am adding to this review because if I could rate this starbucks location way above a five due to the customer service of my favorite batista I would. Today I placed a mobile order of my usual 6 shot, ristretto, grande in a vente cup, Iced Americano, breve, with Splenda. (Now mind you, THIS LOCATION is the ONLY one who ever gets my order right so I have always had to go in to the store to make it myself and with Covid thats not possible so I always have to have it fixed when I get to the window. NOT HERE THOUGH.) My fiancé didn't understand that it was ordered and didn't pick it up so I had to call like an hour and a half later when I realized that, and have it remade. DOM (Dominic) answered and was the BEST!!! He went way ABOVE AND BEYOND in his customer service skills and handling of my call and this is NOT the first time...during times when people seem overly grumpy its nice to find someone in the service industry still willing to help a customer AND do it happily. My Americano arrived and it is ABSOLUTELY SPIT ON...I would have to say its THE BEST one I have had to date!!! Thank you Dom for your service in these scary times....
