Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Taco Bell. Not where I'd go to get a fine dining experience. I would, however, appreciate something more than a mumble, and for staff to stop that one guy in the corner from drinking Mickey's Tallboys in the dining area and smoking right next to the entrance. Baby steps. We can get there Taco Bell!

The food. It's a Taco Bell. It's not Mexican food. This location was fine. They got my order right, and the food was assembled so the ingredients weren't all piled together.

The staff. They charge extra for eye contact. As mentioned above, one of the not-customers that was lounging in the corner yelling at people through the windows as they waited to order food in the drive through had some Mickey's Tallboys. I didn't see them on the menu, but it might go well with some Cheesy Frito's Burritos. Who knows? Well, that one guy maybe.

The cleanliness. No. Oh, more? So the floors are sticky (outside of the bathrooms.) It appears as though they put "Caution: Wet Floor" signs out in the middle of the main traffic areas, and then encourage people to treat the soda they don't want like 5 Guys treats Peanuts.

Overall, if you go here, you'll get Taco Bell. I don't think you can expect much more than that, but you'll be a lot more comfortable dining in at another...

Not recommended place. I went to this place only three times in my entire life, all the three times this location gave me bad customer experience I ever had. I am vegetarian and my husband doesn’t eat beans in veggie chalupa’s . we simply requested if they can make chalupa without beans, they affirmed it but once we got our meal, those chalupa’s literally had few shredded cabbage without topping. They didn’t offer any sauce or napkins. This pissed me off . This is rude because I am vegetarian and my husband doesn’t eat beans , so you can give whatever you can. You people even serve best food to your pets but for humans your services are disgusting . If you can’t make choices in food don’t take order simply tell the customer that it is beyond their menu. It doesn’t hurt but the services you offer not good for business.

I generally respect all the workers who works at fast food restaurants but these teens work at Taco Bell doesn’t respect their customers. They were laughing at me when I requested for veggie chalupa, there is nothing to laugh...

Came in to kill some time and have some breakfast. First I guess flag was no breakfast. Floor had multiple water spots and was already hard to just stand as I could feel myself slipping. Then I ordered my food on the screen provided since there was another person ordering. When I finished I went to ask for my cup. No cups. They did give me two smalls. All tables had food or were just dirty. Then I watched the lady make my food and that's where I probably should have just left. I saw he go outside, disappeared at one point and just handled everything without changing gloves. Then made my food and would go back and forth handling different things, touching things a cook shouldn't at least while prepping. I don't know if I even want to eat this. I really don't want to. I took my food and got my drink in lobby. Every single soda was out. Only working drink was lemonade and water. Not sure what's happening here but I am definitely not...
