Taqueria La Fiesta — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Rated at 3.5 stars? One star is one too many. Friendly greeting, but... came with a party of four on September 8,2019. Three entrees arrived over five minutes and karma was served to the party member who suggested this horrible place. All others were finished when that entree arrived some twenty minutes later. I had the Carne Assada and it was dry, tasteless, and filled with sinew. No steak knife to deal with this piece of leather. Drinks never refilled (water). Nice staff and especially apologetic. That does not make up for poor chef, lousy food, and lack of in-meal service. I can not recommend this place. Taco truck outside seemed...
