This place is wonderful. I found them fully by accident - my car overheated at the gas station next store and I was waiting for it to cool down when I had to pee. This little pupusa place had bathrooms for customers, so my friend and I decided to have dinner while we were waiting. The food here is such a surprise, and the staff are a delight. It might not look like much, but this little place is a diamond in the rough. Personally, I thought the refried beans and the bistek entree were really great! I'm told the papusa's are top notch as well. I came back the next day with my partner because he absolutely had to try it. We ate until we were stuffed, and they even gave us some empanadas to take home and try. Don't miss this...

Either they changed the cook or the owner, quality is not the same and service is very slow. We ordered beef soup, traditionally served with chopped onions and cilantro, this is the first restaurant that only provide a very small portion of cilantro and onion!!!! I am talking about a small spoon size! One plate first and second one 5 minutes later. One paper napkin…. Beef soup was healthy but too thick for a soup, a bit too much thyme to say.
