02/28/25 11:45 a.m. Drive thru. First of all told order cost half of what they charged me when I got to window to pay, but whatever, no problem. The heifer at the window literally threw my change at me and I didn't even have my hand out. She dropped part of it. She didn't apologize and just handed me the rest of my change. When I told her I wanted all of my change she sighed and said I needed to pull up so she could go outside and get it. I told her okay. She asked the person behind me to get out of his car and pick up my change. He did and she brought my change out with an attitude said, "Here is your 28 cents," and stormed away. I don't care if it was just a penny. She should have slowed down and handed me my change. The attitude was a zero and she has no business interacting with customers. No more ARBY'S business from me.

It was the smart allek cooks who...

I stayed up all night cleaning vomit out of the childrens beds and carpeting.. very obviously was the fast food from our late lunch.
The sandwich lady seemed very nice, however. She was a pleasant beacon of hope, amidst the chaos. I do not believe any of this to be her fault, she seemed very efficient at her job while others there skimped on food health standards. I am seriously disturbed that my family and I may have been inadvertently poisoned by such carelessness, (would not have mentioned anything had we not gotten so violently...
