Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Sapulpa

Been coming here for nearly 30 years, even remembering back in the day when it was a Hardee's originally. The people have come and gone, but for the last 5 or so year it has been a steady group that I get to see each time I go in and they are absolutely phenomenal, so I want to give a shout-out especially to the manager who makes it all happen, Verese! The man is always on point and keeps a clean store and I always see him busting his tail with his crew to make sure the grub gets out in a timely manner. Not to mention, what a genuinely great man! I wish I had to time to go in more often when he's there, because the few times we get to really talk are always a blessing to my day. Verese, you ever read this, you're really a great and amazing man, and it's always a joy talking with you my brother in Christ!

There to greet me almost every morning for years has been Jill with my breakfast burger, which I'm absolutely addicted to and I'm grateful they do star rewards, because the Breakfast burger is one of the items you can claim and you bet I'm cashing in on them; far superior to Whataburger and other places I've tried. Jill always has a smile and a great attitude, and you can tell, like Verese, she busts her (cute) tail!

This place gets busy and I think for good reason, the food here is excellent and they will have things on their menu you can't really find any other burger joint. They seem more willing to experiment a bit. This specific location, in West Tulsa, has some of the finest people working there. Makayla, Bass Man, David, Terri, there are so many. I learned their names because I'm there very often, and my waistline shows it, but I couldn't be happier. I know they're not getting paid what they deserve, so if a Carl's Jr./Hardee's executive ever reads this, these people really deserve raises. You can get the food at any of the other locations, but these men and women really work hard to make sure everything is hot, accurate, and timely considering how busy they get!

4 visits in 3 months. I ordered the Diablo burger twice and each time it didn't have everything on it. The 3rd time I ordered the Diablo burger, I was told that other customers had mentioned the same thing so I would receive a discount. I didn't receive the discount, but the burger was made correctly & it was AMAZING! Today, I ordered the guacamole burger with the guacamole on the side. 0 guacamole and cold "cardboard" fries. The food is priced OK when you get what you pay for. But when they constantly give you food that's missing items & old fries, you're not getting a good value. You can never reach anyone when you try to call the restaurant. My favorite location was on 41st, then I started going to this location once the short, older lady transfered there. HOMEMADE Biscuits NEED I SAY MORE! The Carl's Jr. off 49th West Ave is amazing. The Manager Maurice is probably the hardest working man I've ever seen. My husband Marc and I both get the 2 for $4 Breakfast Biscuits with bacon, REAL EGGs and cheese on them and they are to die for. They use REAL EGGS not that fake stuff and the biscuits are homemade and so buttery and flakey. Sometimes we order 2 each just so we can eat them for lunch as well. There are a few workers I am familiar with and they do a great job as well. Always willing to go the extra mile and have a smile on their face. I actually feel welcome when I go here.
