Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Sapulpa

Savannah was our drive thru cashier on 8/6 directly at 9pm and she was just as rude as can be. She gave us our drinks with 1 straw, i sat there waiting for her to acknowledge me to ask for another straw, she never did. She made us pull around and wait for our food even tho there was no one behind us, so then she comes out, nearly dropping my food before I can get it, walks off and I have to stop her and say “I need another straw please.” She walks away immediately even tho I needed sauces as well, I wasn’t asked if I wanted sauces at the window. So she comes back, tosses the straw in my window and nearly runs off, once again I had to stop her and say “I need some sauces too.” She stops over by the restaurant door, around 15 feet away from where I’m parked and yells, “there’s ranch in the bag!” and starts to walk away again. I was so done with her at this point I just left and came home to discover that my food was disgusting. Not fresh, cold floppy fries. I come thru here 2-3x a week and the food is always amazing, the day manager and cooks are great, but she was just AWFUL. She was dressed like a manager so I am assuming night shift manager. She seemed like a completely miserable human being, sulking when I’d ask her for the straw and sauces. I will give this place another go because 99% of the time I love it, but the experience I had with her has really bothered me and the way we were treated was absolutely 100%...

I'm done with this location. Worst possible experience. Not only once, but twice now within a week. I'm not the type to let one experience give a feel for a restaurant but two times should be plenty.

I went the other night and ordered for me and my girlfriend. I received the complete wrong order, nothing was right. I was supposed to have an 8 piece tender meal with a side of a large macaroni. I got 3 tenders and 1 thing of mashed potatoes and 3 things of gravy. I figured it was kinda late, no biggie. I was a little disappointed but I blew it off.

I went tonight and ordered 3 number 3s. One with jalapeño bombers and 2 with macaroni. They completely left out one of my orders. Not only did they forget one of my boxes but they asked me to pull to the front and wait, even though there was nobody else in line. I obliged. I sat there and could clearly see the workers doing nothing but talking to each other. They forgot about me. I know this because when one worker looked up and saw me, her face turned red and she buried her face in her hands and then they ran my (incorrect) order out to me. It took about 15 minutes of waiting.

I absolutely will not be going back. What can I expect when it seems to be high schoolers running this place. If I could rate 0...

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any churches chicken store! Both meals were cold and the old! I mean you could see by looking at the food that the grease had not been changed in a while and that it had been sitting there all day and when i went in to get a refund the manager told me her self that the 2 pc dark spicy has been there since morning because morning shift did not add to the waste list or whatever its called! Regardless of being new or still learning or who was supposed to do what it’s common since to not serve bad food!! This is how people get sick!! On top of my food being bad i get back to my vehicle almost home and I finally decided to take a drink of my sprite and it’s nothing but carbonation so i call them to let them know that they need to change the sprite and no body knows how to answer the phone apparently cause i called several times each call spaced out so there is no reason my call shouldn’t of been answered! Im highly disappointed with my experience tonight and i will not be going back!! Honestly feel like the health inspector or someone higher up needs to come in to...
