Daylight Donuts — Restaurant in Sapulpa

Tuesday at 6am must be tough on the staff. There was no wait and the food was the least desireable I’ve ever tasted there. Also was not happy with my visit. I’m sorry to have inconvenienced you along with myself considering we both had an experience I could have avoided by not stopping by. It’s my fault so my apologies.

Someone needs to become a morning person, and care about the food their making. If you need to hire and fire, look for some people with patience and kindness that will show through. Not a cute or fun experience by far, I would have said otherwise if the pastries were above quality but they were well below my expectation.

This is our favorite donut shop in the area. I'll even be crazy and say we prefer them over Kirspy Kreme in Tulsa! The staff are always incredibly friendly and super quick/efficient in getting you your order. They have a wide variety of options to pick from, along with extra dishes like biscuits and gravy, baked sausage rolls, some with jalapeños, etc. My personal favorite is the donut holes - you can't go wrong with a bag of those in the morning! I was really hoping this was going to be great, but I can only say they were good for a last/only resort. The biscuit and gravy were ok and not something I would drive here for. They had some filled holes, but most of the ones in my bag did not have enough filling to tell what it was supposed to be. If I am in the area, and this was on my way, I may stop for a regular donut or something quick, but for most other occasions, I'd go to another shop that I know I like.
