I placed an online order for 7:30 and did not get my food until 8:20pm while several families who arrived AFTER I did were served, ate and left when they walked in. They DO NOT care about the customer. If you're an online order, get ready, you're treated second class to walk ins even though you have ALREADY paid them and it seems they know. Ownership should really get involved. For your prices you WILL NOT LAST in this market if you treat the customer poorly no matter how good your food is. Regretfully after this last experience you've lost me as a patron. Maybe I'll try you guys in another year to see if you sank or swam. They have FANTASTIC food that tastes authentic and is healthy, but management sucks. They are always out of food at rush, so someone isn't making the decision to cook ahead. I've ordered online twice now and they have not been able to get me my order under 30 minutes after the window. Additionally, you're kinda SOL if you order online because there is no dedicated waiting space and you have to jump in and interrupt employees serving walk in customers to get service otherwise you are ignored until the entire walk in line is empty. I hate to say it but chipotle has better service which is shocking. Would love to see you guys be able to meet your commitments and service online customers when they come in because your food absolutely rocks. Ordered online and went to the store 5 min after food was expected to be picked up. Went straight to the cash register since my food was not in pick up location. There were no customers in line but 2 female workers making online orders. The one nearest to me completely ignored me and talked to a person in back complaining about a worker. Goes back to her station continues to ignore me while making another order. Few minutes later another customer walks in. Got his full order and walked in front of the register at this point the woman with a tattoo sleeve finally acknowledges me to ask what my order was. Checked the reciept and realized that I wasn't an Uber driver. She states " you're not an Uber driver?" Are you saying that she blatantly ignored a customer because she thought I was an Uber driver?she hastily finished my order got my drink in which I saw her put something I didn't order. Instead of mint cucumber she proceeds to give me lemonade. I confronted her about the drink and she said that since she thought I was an Uber driver she would've gave me a cup to pick w/e I wanted. Doesn't make sense since I clearly said I wasn't. Either she thought I was stupid or wasn't looking at what she was doing. This is so unprofessional. After leaving I checked my order to see if everything was there. I checked that I wanted cutlery but none was provided. This is now the 2nd time we have visited this location. This is a nice little healthy spot in the middle of a shopping plaza with whole foods. Very convenient! There is a seating area outside, but very minimal shade and it's quite hot in the parking lot. Inside has plenty of seating in the air conditioning, although everything from the tables to the doors is pretty filthy looking (in all fairness I went at 7:00 p.m. so maybe they just had their dinner rush). I wanted to try a bit of everything so I did a build your own bowl and got both the steak and the grilled chicken. The meat is really not seasoned enough, and the steak is cut into very tiny pieces. The rice was well cooked, but they were out of multiple toppings like corn, pickled onions, and romaine lettuce. I will say that the one extremely positive thing I have to say about this place is that all of their dips and sauces are phenomenal. I think that's what saves the place to be honest. I'd go back just for the sauces. I also got a blueberry lemonade which was delicious. $24 for a bowl and a lemonade, not horrible pricing considering I got two choices of protein.
