About time I got in here, tired of just driving by the place. It's just before noon on a Friday in July. Only one other table is occupied when I entered but another party followed soon after me and one more right after that. Hey, it ain't "season". The one person working the front is able to handle it. She was very quick to greet everyone and we all got seated at one of nine tables immediately. There is also seating for two at a bar near the register. The decor is confusing me a bit. Yes, we're in Florida so bright colors and pictures of palm trees seems correct. And Vietnam is a tropical country so that works too. But the golf theme in the restroom seems way out of place. And I appreciate some light background music but wasn't expecting light jazz, for some reason. Menu is well laid out with descriptions in Vietnamese & English, many with pictures. I ordered the Bun Thit Nuong instead of my usual pho as I'm not eating hot soup in 95 ° temperatures. Very tasty and quickly delivered. The blend amongst the ingredients, the grilled pork, the cucumber, green onion, the vermicelli, really nice though the pork was a bit tough & chewy. Most entrees are between $12 & $15, appetizers running $5.50 Getting around inside will be no problem for those with wheelchairs or walkers, there is plenty of space betwixt the tables.

I could say this is the most authentic Vietnamese food that I’ve ever had in Florida. The broth is very tasty and clear (a way to know the Pho is authentic or not is through the clearness of the broth) and I think the restaurant did a great job of this. My favorite part is Egg Roll. It’s very hard to find a restaurant that uses the rice paper for the egg roll (a traditional way of North side). The rolls are crispy and when you eat them with veggies, everything blends perfectly and for me, it’s such a very healthy dish. I ordered 1 special Banh Mi for togo because I was too full and it blew my mind. The sandwich is humongous. I love the butter and the filling, which is an ideal choice for breakfast or quick lunch. In general, 5 star for the great food and lovely owners!!!!! You guys are the best!!! Definitely will be backā˜ŗļø

I went there for a Banh Mi sandwich The bread was a foot long, it was quite impressive. But they toasted it to much. So I cut the sandwich in half and as I took a few bites I thought where's the meat? When I opened it up there were two thin pork slices and the rest was vegetables so I called the gentleman over and asked him where's the meat? He said to me that's the way the sandwich comes and walked away from me. so I pretty much had all bread and vegetables and two thin slices of pork. So between the sandwich and a Thai iced tea it came to $14 and change. It was my first time going there from a friend that told me it was under New Management and the food was amazing. Well the food wasn't amazing and the gentleman was rude after I asked him where's the meat on the sandwich. So will I suggest it to anybody else šŸ™‚ā€ā†”ļø No

Run to Little Saigon Bistro!!!! I cannot express enough how good the food is. We have gone 4x in 2 weeks now. It’s just so fresh and tasty. The Goi Cuon is outstanding. The cold noodles with the shrimp and pork, chefs kiss!! My bowl, the Pho Ga, is the regular size and it is huge. The rice noodles are cooked perfectly. The portion of chicken in the bowl is massive. You get the traditional plate of fresh mint, bean sprouts, chile slices and lime. Broth is so good I have finished the whole bowl every time. The Chefs Special, Com Tay Cam, is fantastic. The crispy rice on the bottom is just perfect every time. The mixture of shrimp, chicken, Chinese sausage and mushrooms is perfect. The special XO sauce used is so tasty, it finishes the dish off perfectly. Also, get the Cafe Sua Da, Vietnamese coffee is just so good. Shoutout to the chefs because they are spot on every time and it is so delicious.

Mentioning this last because I’d pay any price for their food. You just cannot beat their prices. I don’t think we have had food this good for under $35 in at least a year and a half. My bowl is $12.99 and is massive. My fiances dish is also $12.99 and a huge portion. The fresh spring rolls are $4.99 and big. You will not walk away hungry! If you’re trying to save some coin and eat a full, hearty, DELICIOUS meal- eat here. If you you’re not worried about prices, eat here anyways and go all out. The service is amazing and the girls are so nice and helpful. They even brought us a little tiny bowl for our 7mo girl so she could...

Little Saigon is under new ownership as of about two weeks ago, and the quality of the food has improved significantly. I am so happy about the new owners! Their pho is light years better than the previous owners’ recipe, and I would dare say some of the best pho broth that I have had in Florida. The flavor is bright, the broth is smooth and clear, and has a great blend of star anise, charred onion, and beef bone. Excellent balance — rich and flavorful but not at all heavy. Very satisfying.

(I have no idea why some people are remarking negatively about the broth not being ā€œbeefyā€ enough. A true pho broth is about balance, not beefiness. If you want beefy, go have some bulgogi or a sloppy joe or something.)

Our party also had two rice vermicelli bowls, one with shrimp and one with grilled pork, and both were excellent, with fresh vegetables and unique flavors on the meats.

We also had Crab Rangoon, which was fine. I’m rarely impressed with Crab Rangoon anyway, so I’m not a good judge of that dish. However, there was a Vietnamese version of a bao (bun), which was great—large, piping hot, with ample and delicious pork filling.

Staff were friendly, prices were fair, and they have updated the decor a bit, adding some nice but simple touches—a clean, classic Vietnamese restaurant appeal.

Will definitely...
