This is far worst sushi i ever had! When you open your togo this all you could see full bare of roe and no spicy mayo anywhere. Im asian and i KNOW SUSHI! THIS IS NOT SUSHi! This more like people who dont know how to eat sushi starter pack for beginners!! Ordered mexican roll, it has roe so much and theres no mayo on it *inaccurate menu description Ordered california roll so much roe yet no mayo and huge chunk of cucumber. !!This is not suppose to have roe!! Inaccurate menu description #2 Spicy crab roll, it has no spicy mayo and again alot of roe! Tempura shrimp the oil taste so bad! I guess its the end of the night please avoid anything fried cause their oil is not good at the end of the night. Unless this fried shrimp was pre made from left over oil YUCK!! Dont get me started on cucumber, there huge bite size, publix have them thin slice. Your menu online needs some accurate description all my sushi is full of roe like alottt! No sauce or anything they look plain (presentation- negative star) And some that i ordered are not suppose to come with roe and im missing mayo on it according to the menu Took a few bite and was not impressed-so much roe on every sushi when its not suppose to have one. i felt like im going to puke just eating it! The rest went to trash! I spend $45 on this dump! Just go to Ginza! This is my first and last im sorry but they could do so much better than lacking at the end of the night. They just dont want to put any effort so they can clean up when i ordered before 8:30 bc i have respect for restaurant when ordering before they close and not waiting at the last 10 minute like other people do making video so they can get viral that they didnt get serve whatever. I attached 2 photos of example all my 5 sushi is all roe on top no sauce! Such a disappointment. Just gross! Not asking for my money back but ill just leave this as an exchange. People need to hear this review like i got duped by other peoples review how good this palce...
Read moreThis is not truly my idea of authentic Thai food but owners are young, Americans of Thai descent. Maybe they have a concept for a fast casual Americanized version of Thai food. You can order individual plates with a pile of noodles that come with miso soup. No typical individual Asian dishes to share, rather a choice of a single portion “lunch or dinner combo”. We did not try the sushi. The flavors were mostly of salt and fat with none of the complex aromatic herbs and spices of really great Thai cooking. No discernible basil or cilantro or other spices that I love about Thai cuisine. The broth was flat with no depth. I wondered if they bought items and sauces from an Asian market premade and then doctored them a bit and assembled. The food seemed designed for mass appeal and max profit. Our lettuce wrap was a small wedge of iceberg lettuce served with some oily, salty chopped meat and a handful of crispy rice noodles from a package. The lettuce was too small to use as a wrap. Maybe they are hoping to make it a franchise chain because people definitely seem to love it and that is the vibe. The place was packed! We went because of the many positive reviews (the patrons were all relatively young Americans, not a single Asian, who maybe like fast, salty food). I wish someone had posted this other point of view and that is why I am taking the time to post. It’s a matter of taste really. If you want a big plate of noodles, with very few vegetables, plenty of oil and a choice of a salty, chopped protein, it’s your place. But we were very...

5/9/19. I will go back but the first time was.....disappointing. Apparently I showed up, at 7:25 on a Thursday, just after a party of 30. I didn't know. The staff didn't say anything. I placed my order - pad thai w/scallops - and found a seat. After 35 minutes I asked a waitress when my dinner would be out. 15 minutes later I went up and asked again. Even with a party of 30 in front of me the wait was too long. The owner apologized, explained the situation and moved my order up to next in line. Exactly 1 hour after placing my order, it arrived. Later he brought me a coconut water (unbidden) & apologized again. The food was good, obviously right off the grill and a really good portion. A bit sweeter than other pad thai I've had but everybody has a slightly different take on it. The scallops needed a bit more cleaning as I hit several crunches but hey, seafood. I'll return & update the review afterwards. I expect it'll improve.
I've been back repeatedly. The food is delicious, the packaging is recyclable (unlike many others), and it's always made quickly. My only remaining complaint: it isn't spicy enough (I have an asbestos tongue). There are 5 levels of heat: none(1) , mild(2) , medium(3) , hot(4) & Thai hot(5). I want Thai hot. Their Thai hot is somewhere between 3 & 4....
