My significant other and I have been regular customers at this location for over two years now. For the most part we enjoy going there, although the attitude and rudeness of the one called, "Alex" has really become an issue to the point of doing this review. We feel he has much attitude and is not very polite or welcoming. As I mentioned we have been regulars for over two years and feel we deserve to feel more welcomed and attended to. He always has earphones in his ears, or using his cell phone up front. Also we usually have to ask multiple times for our desired toppings for our subs. Tonight I purchased a footlong meatball sub and within the first bite I could taste that the balls were RAW. They were very undercooked and I did not wish to eat the rest. When I went back for a new sub I was given attitude because I had thrown the meatball sub away when I got my remake. I was not aware this store would contain cross contamination by bringing my chewed up food back over the kitchen counter. I worked in the service industry for over five years and have never seen something as disgusting as that. Read moreI frequent this subway often but no more. I made an online order and the app malfunctioned which caused part of my order to be missing. I informed the employee about it. He wasn't interested and while pointing to the receipt rudely said, "This is the order that we got." Then walked away. So I took my receipt and got ready to leave then the employee proceeded to follow me and asked to have the receipt back. I didn't understand why but now I realize that it was so I couldn't make a formal complaint as there I information on the receipt that is needed. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes without any greeting and once I asked if I could be helped was denied service because the general manager said he could, it’s his store. There was a nice young woman who tried to take my order but was pointed at and yelled at like a dog as he said “get! You know better than to argue with me!” And she never said a word and simply obeyed. General manager was extremely rude. He offered no hospitality or any customer service as a manager should and if I was talked to like that, as an employee for simply trying to do my job, I’d quit.
