Rio Acai — Restaurant in Saratoga Springs

Ever since Rio Acai opened their first location in South Jordan, I have been enthusiastically purchasing their superfruit bowls on a regular basis. So, I was thrilled to see their second location finally open in Saratoga Springs this past weekend and was also glad to experience the same good vibes and quality product and service as in the past. Whenever I walk through their door, I always feel transported to the streets of Rio de Janeiro. It feels welcoming and comfortable, a place not only to buy amazing acai, but also just to kick back and relax. But what I love most is their variety of choices. I know that all their bases are made in-house and have been developed with the best possible taste combination in mind. I think they're all great but, without doubt, my personal favorite is their passion fruit base, like liquid gold, addictive. Also lots of quality toppings to choose from. Thanks Rio Acai for your commitment to quality and a consistently excellent taste experience. Looking forward to, hopefully, another location closer...

Delightful & delish! We really enjoyed some of the new flavors and the quality is top notch. Can’t get fresher! I made a meal with mine since the portions are generous and was so satisfied. I could eat there everyday and not get bored since there’s so many healthy, yet yummy & fun combos. The environment is pristine and easy going with a chill vibe just like Brazil. Lively in decor, great music yet, at the same time modern & restful with comfy sitting options. There’s even a fun “tot spot” for family friendliness. We got to chat with the owners at the soft opening and found them to be brilliant & caring. The hosts are kind, knowledgeable and quick to cater to whatever you want. It’s a great place to meet up with friends or have quiet time in a delicious exotic way. I’ve heard even DoorDash delivers and the açaí is still frozen & great on the receiving end. True 5 Star place. The Açai bowls are mine blowingly good. Every time I eat one I can't believe that it's still as surprisingly good as the first time. I never get used to it.

The atmosphere is super awesome, and I love all the plants and the colors, and the amazing handmade wooden ceiling leaves.

The service is incredibly friendly and personable, too, which is really impressive for a build your own meal type of place.

All the flavors are amazing, but I have settled on the peanut butter Açai base mixed with the regular Açai, with hemp seeds, cacao nibs, overnight oats instead of granola, kiwi, strawberry, and blueberry, and peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk drizzles. Oh, and almond slices.
