Papayas Grill — Restaurant in Saratoga Springs

Humble trailer food truck at Chevron. Parking can be hard to find when it's busy, but man is it worth it!! This guy running this little trailer grill is amazing. When you order, he gives you a beeper that flashes and beeps when your order is ready so you don't have to stand in the cold! Some of the time, his son is doing it with him. He always has a smile on his face when he's serving you fresh, hot, amazingly tasting (the best, even better than my previous favorite of burgers, "old style diner with drive thru and catchy name with employees in red and white uniforms") burgers, fries, chicken strips and sauces!! After the first time I had Papayas Grill, I absolutely had to go back because something he does to those burgers is just... Chef's kiss! Also the loaded fries... With his housemade sauce... Heavenly! The chicken strips are about the best tasting, most moist but crispy chicken strips I've had for this price or maybe even more. Try this place if you like amazing food at a good price! I kept driving by this little food truck and the color and name caught my attention. So I decided to take a look. At first I thought they sold fruits! But I was very happy to find out that wasn’t the case. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries! They were sooo delicious and fresh! The fries were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and the prices were unbeatable for the quality of their food! The person who attended us had a warm and inviting smile and was very patient and polite. You can tell he crafts his food with passion! I immediately stopped eating and ran to my husband to have him take a bite. He was hit by an explosion of flavors and said it was one of the best burgers he’s ever had! Two days later we were back! Went here a couple weeks ago and said I’d leave a review at the time… but better late than never! After recently moving to Saratoga Springs, this food truck has been a pleasant surprise.

The owner told me they started out as a burger truck, but introduced chicken shortly after and it blew up. I can see why. The burgers were delicious, but the chicken fingers are unreal.

The main thing that stood out was EVERYTHING being hand breaded, hand pressed, and made with fresh ingredients. It all tasted fresh, down to the sauces.

To top it off, Papayas Grill has some of the best prices I’ve found in the entire city....
