GNC — Local services in Saratoga Springs

I’m so glad I started coming back to this store. It used to be closed often when I’d stop by, but now it’s consistently open—and the improvements go far beyond the hours.

Christian is my go-to guy when I want to try something new. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always taking the time to answer all (hundreds!) of my questions. His professionalism and friendly attitude make every visit a great experience.

I stopped by with my kids to grab a sports drink before Karate class and the door was unlocked and the lights were on, but there was nobody attending the counter. We walked to the back and shouted "Hello" and looked around, nobody was there. We left cash on the counter for the drinks and left. We could have walked out with a lot more. Made an order online and got a notification it was ready to be picked up. I came to the store at 5:30 to find it closed. The sign on the door says it’s opened until 7:00. Why advertise open hours and tell me it’s ready when the lights aren’t even on?

Edit: I called the following day and they’re unable to update their hours on google. They’re open until 4 PM Monday-Saturday. I would change my rating if I didn’t show up at 3:30 to find them closed down again. Purely...
